What is being Measured?
4.1.1 Rate in percentages of all young children in grades 1) 2nd and 3rd, 2) the end of elementary school (6th grade) who reach a minimum skill level in mathematics, by sex and geographic region.
Measurement: at the beginning of use and at the end of use – once per quarter at an individual child level.
