KAN – Women's Power is a social organization dedicated to advancing women's leadership in Israel’s public and business spheres. KAN works to address the challenge of the underrepresentation of women in influential positions and decision-making roles—a central barrier to gender equality and a more balanced, progressive society. Through innovative training programs, professional mentorship, and a supportive network, we provide women with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to realize their potential and forge ahead.
